09 May Sleep Better, Feel Better, Kick Mr. Jet Lag’s Ass!

I have travelled to Asia for business for 7 years now and the 2 weeks after arriving home to Toronto are usually hell on earth!  (good for midnight internet shopping, bad for my body and my bank account).  On my most recent trip, I had virtually no jet lag.  One of the big changes that I made was that for the past 6 months, I take cod liver oil religiously before bed.  It is amazing!  My skin is better, my sleep is better, I think more clearly and NO MORE JET LAG!  Give it a try!
